Hey Gang.
I get the weirdest Reactive hypoglycemia from drinking pure Whey protein in Water, or in fat-free Milk. My HBa1c was always below 5 on my recent labs, my morning fasted glucose is usually around 75-80. I don't have any issues with blood sugar otherwise ( be it high or low, I get back to baseline after my meal quite quickly, despite being a fat fuck)
Normally I would prefer to eat just something for my protein, but the next few months will be really busy and I need to use a bit of protein shakes to get in my daily protein. I could try those ready to drink Protein Shakes, but they are a bit too pricey for my cheap skate ass to be honest
.
Got any tipps?
