Hey everyone I just wanted to say after reading 3 of Shelby's books, you have to read them! They are worth while even if you don't feel you need to change your diet, he provides tons of little tips and tricks to give you that extra edge. I also wanted to thank him for getting everything solved, I had an issue with my email and Shelby managed to get everything fixed in let than 30 minutes ( even though it was my fault). So back to my main point; take an hour or two out of your weekend and read!

I think the best part about the guide to vlcd is the absence of the 300 page historical background that justifies low carb diets.

Love reading nutrition and training books. Read all of aceto's books.

They are e-books! All you have to do is go to Shelby's website, by typing Shelby Starnes into google, and after paying you'll get an email with your book. Easy as that!

I'd like to give Shelby's ebooks my highest recommendation. I have read them, learned from them, and enjoyed them. Turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks!

In his newer books he goes over some other dieting tactics and approaches such as low carb.
