Solid god damn tren.

Weights are all up. Sweating like a mother fucker. Have a very short temper, might need to back off the dose.

Push today. Was so amped up I finished in 30 min then did 20min cardio.

Incline bench rest pause 4 x 10 135 to 205

Dips 3 x 10
Flat dumbells 3 x 15 x 85
Hammer strength bench alternating arms single single double arms, 1 arm remains extended at all times. 1 x 15

Military press don't remember 3 x failure 135.

Sex drive is also through roof, my wife is getting irritatated. The drive plus tren makes me horny all the time amd then tren stops me from finishing. She's limping all over the house.

BW is 225 today. Headed in right direction.

Pull yesterday

Lat pulls 3 x up to 140 x 15. Then 1x 100lb x 10 rest pause
Pendlay rows 185 x 15 x 4 sets
Close grip rows 140 x 20 3 set
Face pulls 40 to failure 3 sets

All sets were done with 30 seconds of rest or less

20 minutes stair climb. Sweating like a beast.

Yes yes.

Been on 5 x 5

Can't walk right. Can't shrug my shoulders. Can't move my arms.

Strength is wayyyy up from a couple weeks ago. Been hitting the cardio.

I have a habit of using very short rests between sets and on 5 x 5, with the tren I find myself reaching a new level of sweating and gasping for air.

Everything flows smooth and there's very little pip. The tren is up in my top favorites. I've used a lot of tren and this does what it's supposed to and then some.

Bodyweight is hovering around 220 but pant size is down so something is doing me right. Diet is clean but absolutely not enough food but I'm still gaining in the right places.

Knee gave out squatting yesterday. Almost took a spill.

Felt like a giant vagina. But thats a knee issue I've had for a few years. Never was the same after surgery.

Walked away from squats. Did Deads 5 x 5 @ 225. Easy peasy. 30 second rest. Focused on slow tempo and form

Incline 225 5 x 5. No issues.

Started low with the 5x5 to avoid burnout. Usually happens arounf week 6 to 8 for me. So changed it up a tad

5 x 5 chins. Slow negatives. Tore up my back arms good.

Rope crunches 3 x 25

20 min stepper had me dripping.

Tren is in full force now. Losing far and recomping nicely.

Test is also in affect. My wife can't walk either

Did legs Monday. Gym was too crowded for 5x5 -not enough bars and benches. One of those gyms with tons of equipment but nothing I'd ever need.

Anyway - tren rage kicked in when a guy displaced me from squat rack asking me to "work in".. yelling it actually because he had headphones on.

I said "sure no need to yell" and he proceeds to strip my weights and shoulder press in where I was squatting.

So, agitated, I put my weights on - I was still going light at that point and did 3 sets in row of 25. Only resting for about 30 seconds between.

We had a verbal exchange after that as he was agitated now. I tried to explain but language barrier, tempers, and egos prevailed and we started yelling. He then called me an asshole in Spanish not realizing I know enough Spanish to get by I called him a little bitch back. We exchanged more words and I went on with my life.

Without tren I probably would have laughed it off. But damn I lost my patience quick.

Anyway

Squats 4 x 25 185
Leg extensions single legs 120 x 6 3 sets (machine runs light imo)
Leg press 270 x 20 x 3
Hack squat 90lb to failure. I don't know how many

Cardio

Guess I'm back to push/pull/legs

I saw the same guy the other day doing fully wrapped, 1/4 in squats with 315 yelling the whole time by the way.

In what look like yoga pants and those crossfit shoes.

Incline worked up to 225 x 15 finished with 135 x 15 rest pause

Dips 3 x failure

Hammer strength iso flat press - 70 x 4. Single arm, one arm fully contracted at all times. To burnout

Trice extensions 3 x failure I wasn't counting just moving the stack up each set.

Cardio 20 min stepper

Been getting easily distracted by the women at my gym. Either they got hotter or the test is doing its job.

Weight is at about 220 still. Need to adjust diet but I'm reforming nicely
