for the last few weeks i have been getting crazy gas. And i am working in a place right now where i cant jsut let it rip.. SO i keep holding it in you know the act.. but i can only hold it in so many times until it starts feeling really uncomfortable.. I CANNOT point out the culprit and I really need a quick fix within the next 12 hours. Going to teh bathroom is not an option (cause office too small, everyone can hear). Cant go to the car often. either.
Does gas x work i cant ever mremebr trying it and from online it seems like no one had good things to say.

I know long term i can get probiotics, enzymes, organic food yaddi yadddi yadda but does neone know a urgent fix for a few days??

basically looking for a home remedy or an over the conter remedy thats instant

Every once in a while ill get gas when im eating tons of steak, fish, and chicken while eating a limited amount of carbs

If it's just for a few days, doesn't reducing your protein to normal for those few days make sense? Then when you have your enzymes or whatever the hell else increase your protein again.

what are you eating from a protein source??
what are you eating for a carb source??

Carbs give me awfull gas and Beef will give me more gas than normal , some protein powder will absolutly fucking kill me and everybody around me for that matter , the EAS Myoplex , that shit is toxic.

Try getting more protein from easier to digest foods like egg whites , fish and chicken , also substitue half you carbs for FRESH pineapple , its greatly helps with protein digestion (its great all around)

also try eating some Activia yogurt once a day (again adjust carbs accordingly)

Try some L-Glutamine, works for me 5-10gms on an empty stomach first thing in the morning then mid day and right before bed mixed with diet cranberry juice <sugar free.

And what others have said back off certain proteins.

I had that situation when I was taking protein shakes made from protein powder. I switched to egg whites instead and decreased the protein intake.
but for a fast remedee try GAs-X that should do it for now, but consider changing around meals/shakes.
