just a general question, i have a photoshoot coming up (when is up to me, hence the question as i have to let them know soon), and i am currently at 9% bodyfat dieting down on a gradual carb rotation style type of diet.i am on cycle and eca .
now i am not asking for a definitive time frame as we are all individuals , but for the guys experienced in constantly dieting down for comps , what is a realistic time frame to go from 9 % to say 6% , all things considered , not to extreme dieting, nothing extreme chemical wise .
would a 4-6 week timeframe be realistic ?
