Realistic time frame

Hi guys ,

just a general question, i have a photoshoot coming up (when is up to me, hence the question as i have to let them know soon), and i am currently at 9% bodyfat dieting down on a gradual carb rotation style type of diet.i am on cycle and eca .

now i am not asking for a definitive time frame as we are all individuals , but for the guys experienced in constantly dieting down for comps , what is a realistic time frame to go from 9 % to say 6% , all things considered , not to extreme dieting, nothing extreme chemical wise .

would a 4-6 week timeframe be realistic ?

I think that would be a realistic time frame to do it in.

Cruising at a fatlose of 1/2 lb weekly how many lbs of fat do you need to lose to drop 3%?

thanks for the replies , i am currently as of this morning 222 lbs at 5ft 11, i would esitmate i need to lose about 6lbs . thing is i am not lsoing or gaining at the moment, weight wise i am between 220-226 lbs i would say the last 4 weeks, but bf i feel is dropping. i started my blast at the same time i started dieting which i think is messing with the scale.

i have been very strict with my diet all calories 2600-3000 depending , i introduced some cardio not over the top though . so i will see at next assesment in two weeks if i have lost bodyfat , i was calipered at 9% two weeks ago.

That's perfect then, just grow into your photo shoot, pull the water out at the end, and you'll look good.
