Most people have zero idea about real weight and the real world.
(Try carrying dead man down a flight of stairs or up a hill at
of night, with no light.) But you know Tenny . . . it’s grip, leverage,
movement, and in many cases urgency. Gym lifts are not real world
lifts in my opinion but then again, for a bodybuilder, they are not
intended to be. They are just numbers (and you hope they get bigger).
But ultimatly, it’s what you can do with that number is what counts
when it comes down to it.

Much respect Tenny. You are too modest.

PS. I would just love to see a flood of you tube videos of members
lifing autos . . .
