Recent Blood work

Cardio + good genetics.

My HDL has always been decent...even when running Tren which is the harshest thing I have ever been on. But even then it never dropped out of the 30's. I have never done orals.

Back when I was out of the gym and couldn't weight train...all I did was cardio and really watched my diet. I stayed pretty lean even though I dropped 40+ lbs. A lot of carb limiting.

But I remember one of my test results during some blood work at the time. I weighed a whole 162 lbs! :D

The test flagged my total cholesterol as being slightly high...but the breakdown was HDL was 70, Tryglycerides 55, LDL 136, Vldl 11. Doctor told me not to worry as the ratio was fine.

I have also read that Vitamin D can contribute to substantial rise in HDL (20+ points)...but that it takes it awhile to do it.

I did this too when I had surgery and on the shelf for 7 months as far as typical bodybuilding workouts went. I was so ridiculously lean though and grew back to my old size at an insane rate. Being that lean might have certainly helped.
 
Lipids need improvement as you know. The rest is alright. No CRP result?

i just got back a hs-crp of 5.9

my doc told me not to worry as my ldl was 97 but hdl was 26

i guess i have some inflamation going on. but he didnt seem concerned.

anyway to bring down hs-crp? i started tumeric and vit D since i was low.

started 5000iu D
and 1000 tumeric with black pepper for absorbtion.

i started cardio. and i started staying away from all sugar and processed foods.

am i at a high risk? 5.9 seems very high to me

He's wrong. CRP is a more meaningful number than LDL. Good on you for starting both of those supplements. Ashwaghanda should help as well. A healthy diet with lower carbs is what you need. You want that CRP number to be below 1 ideally.

Side note, if you're sick or fighting an infection or just trained intensely, your CRP will be falsely elevated.

This could cause a false elevation similar to liver panels and CPK. Would be best to get retested after a day or two off from training

Oh I definitely agree with frequent dosing of long esters but where the hell did he come up with the half life of test e being 4-4.5 days

Are you using an AI???? If so this and the primo and diet is what’s fuckin up you cholesterol. With all the health supp should improve once back to just trt. Try to stop the AI. I have notice the citus burgamont will drop my HDL a few points even though it supposed to help. I think it’s because it drop all cholesterol soo much for me that even the good cholesterol get flushed out to.


Point being AI are harsher than ppl think, the longer your on the harder it’s going to be to bring HDL up.

I just got exstam prescribed to me after asking my doc. Insurance paid for it an everything. I ask the pharmacist how much it would be without and she said not that much. I don’t know where this notion of it impossible to get and ridiculous expensive so I never really tried for it.
 
What raises rdw

Mine used to ALWAYS be high and now it's not. I think being on any AAS above natural hormonal range gets this higher in bodybuilders, but I am not positive.
 
I was using the same gear when I did my previous bloods and my test was 1360 with free test over 500

Well it's not the same bottle of test Id guess.. Batches vary greatly.. I'm with emeric.. You got some bunk test.. Id contact the supplier..

Actually I had a PE and am recovering nicely. Days of high test are over.
