Here's my latest blood work received yesterday. All numbers have improved substantially. I stopped my cycle for five days which included 150mg primo ace eod, 150mg 1testcyp eod, 3iu gh ed, 200mg test ew. I continued 500 mg CoEQ10 ed, 1200mg krill ed, organ shield 1000mg ed, 5000iu D3 ed, 500 mg tudca ed

That HDL is still in the gutter. I’d get that fixed/situated long before hopping back on anything. You could def be doing a better job with your health supplements to aid in cholesterol improvements.

What’s the diet like?
Cardio?
 
Lipids need improvement as you know. The rest is alright. No CRP result?
 
As others have stated, I would like to see some improvement in the HDL/LDL ratio.

How is test so low if you just stopped cycle 5 days ago??

What's your diet consist of now?

A few things, theres others. I would consider adding in some soluble fiber foods along with some monounsaturated fatty acids types of foods. A little bit of cardio helps.

In your case, a small dose of T4 would help, too.

Thanks Stewie. I eat 6 meals with 40 g - 50 g protein, 60 g -70g carbs, 10g fat. Fat is typically evoo, avacado etc. I can't eat a huge amount of fiber due to my UC.
Not doing much cardio these days....

Your test was very low, you using fake gears.
 
I was using the same gear when I did my previous bloods and my test was 1360 with free test over 500

Hope someone chimes in on supps to increase HDL. I'm curious as well.

I'm already using krill,ubiquinol. I can add the citrus bergamot in., Looks like my triglycerides are all ok.

i think dietary fats might have more impact then loading up on sups.
looking at that diet and knowing you a little fat is low and carbs are more simple n high.

i cant see the results but if you need to increase cholesterol best bang for buck is prob gona be making some diet changes.

It's a little low but things like muscle group injected and body parts trained can have a much larger impact than people think on release time. Updated literature on half life for test E is around 4-4.5 days which is in line with my blood work so levels do drop faster than some people used to think.

Cardio is #1 for increased HDL and decreased LDL

Where did you read that test e half life is 4-4.5 days. Everything I have seen said it was about 10 days
 
Doing what everyone suggested for lipids + time will bring them back up to normal.
