Wow your pct worked great! did you fast for this test? because a fasted glucose of 110 is something to worry about?

I did fast approx 12 hours ate dinner night b/4 7 pm did the blood work in the am with only water to drink.

The Bloody work was taken 21 days post pct
I am on nothing other than noted. some 1 said the clomid is still in my system I cannot belive that is posssible 21 days from last dose of clomid
correction I also did the 1 time triptorelin at start of pct

Yeah that glucose reading is disturbing if you were on a 12 hour fast, that's borderline for some serious future issues.

Sure why not. Did you get lh or fsh tests? those would help a lot in seeing if you're fully recovered. Do you use gh? cuz id really would try to get that fasting glucose in check as that can get real bad real fast

I don't believe you are recovered, as said before, that is not your normal test levels. This has come up on here before and they were told to check there bloods two or more months later. 21 days is way to early for your HPTA to be back working as normal, it appears it is not.

Seems like gh most likely is the cause of your insulin resistance, Especial being under 8%. Insulin resistance is the enemy to health and muscle growth. Id atleast start adding in some 200mcg chromium, 200mg na-rala and 2g cinnamon a few times a day and check again in a month. But without knowing fsh and lh its hard to know if you truely recovered

Test is elevated, estradiol is above range (so you would benefit from serm, Ai,etc), your liver enzymes are elevated above normal range (ast, alt), creatinine is above range,... All of this makes it look like you are still on, or that you had longer acting drugs than prop and ace.

If you think you are normal, you're not. Up to you if you want to go on again, but you aren't "recovered" if that's your goal.

Just one doc's opinion.

Thank you Dr.test is i thought in range now.
on cycle my e2 was up 2 850 yes 850 i do have several blood test thoughout my cycle.ast and alt were upper 200,s and 140
so that was scary
now that things seem more normal its a relief and i have started a ai
to bring estro down
kinda axious to get back on
but want to be recovered first
when would you sugest doing more blood work and also what would you recomend testing ????

Probably the effects of the SERM still. I was in the same boat... tested 20 ish days after stopping toremifene and test was high, but FH/LSH were low still.

Yea, the testosterone results have me puzzled as well. Though if only after 21 days, maybe the prop still caused an elevation, combined with the PCT compounds. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it does raise some questions as to why.

Liver enzymes and creatinine will be elevated if you were training leading up to the test, so that could explain the slightly elevated levels.

You need to get your blood sugar under control, and add in an AI for E2 levels. An AI would be beneficial at your age not only for estrogen control, but also for prostate and BP health.

Main goal for you is to get that blood sugar down!

creatinine has always been high of about 15 blood test its always between 1.33 and 1.57 the blood sugar i cannot explain

Reread a few things more closely and this may xplain it;
This is the pct that I was on;
Dr. G's protocal seems to be effective:

triptorelin, clomid, torem.

1) SubQ injection of triptorelin 100mcg after most of the last and longest
acting AAS is out of your system. For example, if you are only on tren A
and test propionate then you can safely inject the triptorelin 4 days after
the last dose. But if you are on tren, test enanthate and deca then you
have to wait 3-4 weeks after your last dose to inject triptorelin.
Injecting triptorelin too early when AAS levels are still high can make its
use pretty ineffective. Once you have injected the triptorelin, i advise
my patients for the first two weeks to take 100-120mg of toremifene split
twice a day along with 50mg of Clomid twice a day. For week three, reduce
toremifene by half total daily dosage and still split twice a day and
reduce clomid to 50mg once a day. For the fourth week, reduce the
toremifene to 25-30mg daily once a day and clomid 50mg once a day to finish
out the 4th week. This is the best chance to give your body to bring it to
its natural test production levels. At this point, you need to wait 30
days before testing your total test levels. Testing right after you come
off clomid or tore will give false results.
I will test again in a few more weeks.
Any additional things I should test?

Don't forget to check your hematocrit. I didn't see that on your blood work. I always get that shit tested. Freaks me out a little not knowing if my bloods too thick.
