Just my two cents here. I'm notorious for getting out of shape and honestly the best way to go is just to get lean as possible before any gear. UR not currently competing or have plans to compete so u should really consider spending the fall winter months getting lean. Then in January or feb add back in your gear will will add muscle burn fat and all that other good stuff and by April or May u will look like superman and crush much vagina over the summer.

your last pic wasnt that bad man. personally id get off all the gear and go on a low trt dose. then jump on some peps to help keep the muscle while getting leaner. then jump back on the juice say around 750mg week test and thats all. i think you really just gotta focus on your diet.
