I am thinking me, Ashoprep, JJ and Queefer should form a team and Blackstang can be our guinea pig. A bit like Pinkton is to JJ but we give Blackstang more food, drugs and intense training. I think we can have him up to 250 pounds lean in a year

No I think you look really good in your last pic. Now looking like your dose is 2 different things. I think if you improve your diet and train harder you can do great things. Take all the negativity in this thread and channel it in the gym to push you through intense workouts. You have the knowledge now you just have to use it and stick to a plan.

How long have u been on a gram? R u taking short esters or long esters. If ur diet and training is in check I can see u making good progress when the gear kicks in. U have a good frame.
