Hi thought I would post a pic from my recent comp Mr Britain PCA over 55's where I won my class, this makes my 3rd British title from 3 different federations, picked up my first weight at 40 yrs old and have won numerous titles since....proof that age means nothing

wow you look great! You'd be able to hold your own at the masters nationals here in the U.S. I like watching older guys being in shape, gets me motivated... Being 43 now, I need to see positive things like this once in a while, all I hear from my non-lifter friends is how old we're getting and how age is catching up to us, they don't even want to move anymore and listening to that every day sucks...
