It was a little bit loose to begin with, but not as much as it was for you when you began using it.
But it's been working great - see, it hangs down to my knees now!

Very brief and basic stuff.
I am training only Mon and Fri. Wed will begin this week - legs.
Mon is Chest, Shoulders, Tris
Fri is abs, back bis.
I am eating low fat, 200 to 300g of carbs/day and I have a SynthePURE shake every 3 hours on top of the protein that I am getting from tuna, chicken, turkey or eggs.
I am only taking 500mg/week primoteston depot and 40mg/day d-bol.
The gains in muscle growth and fat loss are basically due to muscle memory.

well man im new to this board but welcome back just like everyone else has said. i havent experienced it myself but i have a big group of friends who were in the same position you are. they have come back even stronger though. i hope that for you also
