since the baby, i've lost 58lbs. i gained alot of fluid and water weight during the pregnancy..and fat lol. since the before pic and the after.. i've lost 22lbs. not worried about the scale or losing any more weight. just toning up and building more muscle. and thank you.

thanks so much! i absolutely love the gym and eating healthy, it's a lifestyle! work hard everyday! and i don't workout like the girls that come in with makeup and primpy outfits... i push those weights cardio after ofcourse
