Recent shoulder surgery, any suggestions welcome!

Roger that man. Yeh I can already feel a lil bit of tendinitis forming. Sucks but hey I’ll take it since I have so much more ROM now! Do you think npp would be a good one to add to my cycle for the joint effect? Also gonna be doin my 3iu of growth. Gotta recover quick so I can get back to my guys.

I would rather recover well and be back forever then try to do it quick and maybe not get as good of recovery and risk having to quit lifting sooner. HGH seemed t work for me. TB-500 and BPC-157 took the inflamation away but didn't seem to do much in the long run. Stretching and the rehab work should be done daily as far as I am concerned.

Again, let me stress that what I'm talking about is 'laying your foundation', which is then followed by the correct exercises, adaptations, and progressions.

Back in the day, many years ago, I used to believe that regular rehab, and standard strengthening exercises, as well as stretching would resolve initial injuries, and or surgeries.

I know from my own personal experiences, and in the work I do with clients, and a variety of athletes from weekend warriors to elite, from all sports, that more is needed that the standard approach.

Just smashed the first weighted workout since surgery!! God all mighty did that feel straight heavenly!!!

Had a complete rotator cuff tear with 2 cm retraction and a bicep tendon tear. Had surgery Nov 14 (almost 4 hours) had to keep completely immobile for 6 weeks then started PT. I have been back in the gym for about 2 weeks now without any restriction, Doc says just listen to your body if it hurts dont push it. It say im at about 50-60% strength. Dont get discouraged, its sucks the first 4 weeks or so at PT , but once you start making real progress it goes fast.
