I've always liked eating fast food with my associates. And when I met my now husband, we would get huge portions of buffalo wings each Sunday because we thought it was easy. Eating bad food has been very normal on behalf of me that when I gained 50 pounds I did not even noticed it. But then my boyfriend proposed me, and I know that I would have got to purchase size 16 wedding dress that I really don't wish to do. So I've made up my mind to get rid of weight, and I've bought **broken link removed** for it. I wonder what food I should eat and how often to work out if I want to reduce weight fast. I would be grateful for your advice about it. Thanks a lot in advance.
