Whatever brand you decide on.....have it calibrated by your doctors office. This way you can have a comparison as to its accuracy when you have to see the doc. In my experience, the home models rarely match the medical grade stuff.

wife got me one for Christmas. Didn't fit my arm correctly. Took it back to the store....
and it turns out they had none that would fit me. My arms are only about 18"...?
What do the guys with 21" arms use?
I like to do it myself because I feel I get a more accurate reading... Make sure the cuff is large enough.. I got a xl cuff on it and it was too small, I had to go to the xxl cuff... Each brand has different ranges for cuff size, making it similar to buying a pair of Jeans
Honestly, if you can find a hospital supply store in your area, I would go there and check them out. They will have a few different brands, with cuffs... My Doc referred me to one, but the lady at the store said there isnt much difference in brands... You will need to see what fits your liking because you will be taking it consistently, so you want to be sure you have a quality piece of equipment....
I like the one I have, but the cuff bunches up on me when im not extra careful putting it on...
If I had some extra cash I would get another one because of the annoyance with the cuff. But besides that, it seems to be accurate when I get it on...
