Recommendations on building ecommerce websites

Looking for recommendations on building a ecommerce site. I want a turn key hosting provider that provides web hosting, web design, web promotion, and e-commerce solutions as well as domain registry.

Looks like register.com, network solutions, and go daddy are big players however wanted any personal experience you may have had.

I don't have time to do it myself however don't want to spend a fortune either.

Very professional. Not sure about web promotion though, but they can get you up and running in short order.

register.com is huge, supremely professional at everything they do, but pretty much as expensive as you can find.
