Recommended Grocery Items and Food Tips

Carb masters milk
Carb masters yogurt
Blue bunny no sugar added ice cream, all flavors are good but banana split is epic.
Sugar free chocolate fudge icing

Take boneless skinless chicken breast and pound them with a heavy rolling pin or meat tenderizer. They cook faster and are much more tender.
Also add fresh broccoli to a Pyrex dish, add 1tbsp water and cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 4 minutes. Add a little lemon juice and olive oil.

- Cover your plate when microwaving. Use microwave safe tuppleware upside down over the entire plate and basically steams it.. I have these covers that are made to do it but upside tuppleware works too.. 100x better meat then without

-Blue Front BBQ sauce. I have ALWAYSSS been a Sweet Baby Ray original fan, but Blue Front is the perfect opposite bbq sauce to switch up a completely different taste...

-Sherbet is the best post workout carb ever, cold and refreshing... :headbang:

-Quinoa is gross

-Keto diets are "in" and are working for everyone I see use them

-try Cara Cara oranges, they are the tits and in season

-these new ALDI supermarkets are cool... have the best cookies/cakes ive ever had, like 4 different companies all German...

-this bad assss company named Syraplex has the best protein syrup in the world, and just redeveloped its line... keep an eye out for them in your supermarkets and on Amazon lol :lightbulb:

Sherbert preworkout sounds legit!!!! Same with the oranges!!!!

What is up with everyone doing low carb? I guess it’s summer time? I am he type of person that needs carbs to function....or at least prefer them by a long shot. I never go below 150 g of carbs during a very hard contest diet...

If you are grilling chicken breast I recommend pounding them or using a rolling pin. It allows you to cook it very fast without drying out. Thicker breasts have to sit on the pit for a long time to reach temperature. This drives all the moisture out the meat.

Someone mentioned this tip earlier and I just wanted to touch on it again. Great tip.

Crock pot/slow cooker is a must. I want to try an air fryer.

Been using chicken stock instead of water with rice and for sure adds good flavor.

G Hughes BBQ Sauce is a MUST.

PB2 (or regular PB) + splenda + cinnamon + chicken = yumminess

Walden farm zero cal salad dressing and syrups

Lots of diced garlic, sriracha, and cayenne pepper

Another one I forgot mention is Kimchi!! I buy the big tubs at Costco. Nice way of adding flavor to boring meals. Its healthy, low cal, and since it fermented good for digestion.

Aldi's have been in the US for a long time. Just got one here in south Florida a year or so back, but I remember going there back in the early 90's possibly 80's. Meat wasn't good then lol.

1. trader joes green dragon hot sauce. Delicious.I picked this up from Dusty Hanshaw
2. trader joes Korean bbq sauce. Sooooo yummy
3. when making tuna....replace mayonnaise with lowfat cottage cheese. Less fat...more protein...and tastes exactly the same
4. crockpot!!!! Keeps things moist when reheating
5. Undercook steaks. If you like them medium rare....cook them t rare. That way when you reheat its a perfect medium rare

Just tried the Tuna and Cottage Cheese, I added some siracha to it OMG YUMMMM

Heavyhitter you just made my diet that much better

My costco doesn't have kimchi. :(

Try kirkland extra crunchy peanuts though if you like peanuts....you won't be able to eat any other brand haha

Another vote for the air fryer. We started using them several summers ago when I bought one to keep from heating the house up with the oven just so that we could fix 1-2 chicken breasts. The air fryer cooks faster, uses less energy, and the meat is as juicy (possibly juicier).

I use it to fix boneless/skinless chicken breast and I cut it into bite size pieces and then top with bbq sauce, teriyaki sauce, etc.
