A few things may need to be critiqued/fixed up but other than that, my goals are to first cut some bodyfat and gain some muscle (recomp basically), then gain muscle. It will be the start of me blasting/cruising. I will be blasting/cruising for at least 1 year. This is the start of blasting/cruising and i will continue for years most likely as i want to become a pro bodybuilder. I dont know how long i want to run the masteron or EQ but i think i will be running them. Heres some of it laid out for you:
