What do you guys think of this breakdown to build muscle and minimize or lower body fat

Arimidex 1 mg EOD

Not enough info. What are your current stats, bodyfat, cals and macros? How much of a change does this represent from those levels...etc

Just putting protein/fat next to meals isn't enough info dude.
What are your cals? Where is your nutrition now? are you cruising right now?
What does ON and OFF days look like. Diet is a part but not allll of it when it comes to a legit recomp
 
Looks good to me. Obviously total macros/calories is vital info but it looks like a great template to follow. Keep most of your carbs around (after) training.
 
Hire...a....coach....you ask for the most individualistic questions...Every single thread you're hoping someone agrees with what you throw out...

Great..so you have a foundation...when do you make adjustments? What adjustments do you make? Why? When? How? Hire a coach.
