Hey Guys,
I am a soccer player that was playing a semi professional level 4 years ago before having a bad injury that ment I couldn't workout or run for about 9 months. I gained a lot of bodyfat during that time. I am now are 250 and 30% BF. I am going to start getting back to playing weight again with the hopes of playing at a high level once again. My plan is to start GH in a couple weeks and then in about 3 months add in some test e at about 400mg/week. I do not mind the added water at the moment because I am just trying to get weight off and to get my stamina and conditioning up again. My diet is ok but could be better. I work out about 4 days a week in the gym and do sprints and play soccer about 4 times a week as well. Do you guys think I can be successful with this plan? Would you add anything or stop anything? Please let me know!!! I might start a log as well not sure at the moment tho
