Recon question

Hi, I am curious about the recon ratio for peptides/gh. Is it advisable to recon 5mg with 2.5ml sterile water, to a 1:1/2 ratio and get a 250mcg dose at .125ml? Or should I recon 1:1 and get a higher dose volume (same concentration of pep)? I may just be over thinking this, but i could swear that i read somewhere that dosing less than .5ml wasn't a good idea.
