Reconstittuting HGH

Does it make a difference if bacteriostatic water is unrefrigerated when adding it to a refrigerated vial of hgh? Or is it best for both products to be at the same temperature? using IP Yellow top dvd. The solution has % 0.9 benzyl alcohol.

I know you don't have to store bw in the fridge, but when reconstituting a product , is it better to have both products at the same tempt. ?

let the hgh get to room temp than add water.

Ive mixed both from room temp then stored in the frig for cooling.
