Reconstituting High MG peptides

So I have been MIA a few months from home. Haven’t ordered gears or peptides in several months. Since then KLOW has become a thing and I just ordered some. 80mg total. I’m assuming i need a separate sterile vial for reconstituting this thing. The “puck” goes all the way to the neck of the little vial lol. What size vial is recommended and what is the standard protocol for reconstituting? I feel like a noob with this stuff.
