Do these two always go together?
I would assume that people with good recovery have good genetics.
And people with poor genetics (have trouble building muscle) have poor recovery.
But are there also people who has excellent recovery, and poor genetics for growth?
And how do you know if you have good or bad recovery compared to other people?
