Ok, so I thought I fixed my soreness when I removed my scoop of protein and doubled BCAAS in intra drink., and or my test is starting to kicking in..... However the other day I had training part.er AMD today chest is killer!
I have pre workout meal. And or slin drink

Intra....2 scoop aminocore...2 scoop vitargo..beta alanine

Pwo meal, ground beef 2 cup rice

What do I increase... Do I add bcaa. Or carbs. Or will it help ??

Or is that extra coupme forced reps make that much a diff? Although watching jm and Shelby train.... I should be able to cure.this lol

I dont know whether or not a drink is going to help...but I can give you my experience on what works for me. Foam rolling, self myofascial release, constrast showers, and ART (if its REAL serious). These are aside from my regular stretching/mobility routine I do daily. Highly reccomend SMR and contrast showers. Hope that helps bro.
 
To the OP, are you drinking enough water? also I'm not familiar with your bcaa supplement, is there any creatine in it? if not adding 5-10g intra-PWO will help shuttle some watering those muscles.
 
I would also be very interested in hearing more about reducing muscle soreness after workouts. Sometimes I feel like I am literally crippled after workouts. I am assuming that muscle soreness is caused by the lactic acid that gets produced by the body after muscle tearing.

Some people suggested jogging or doing cardio after lifting weights to help flush out some of the lactic acid, which "sorta" works for me. I literally get sore after doing 40 pushups. I feel it the next day! obviously i was just on a training break due to an injury, but still. Most people I know dont get that sore after training. They have to try much harder and work out longer.

Obviously training regularly helps and juice definitely does, but how about when you are not on the sauce? any particular supplements that reduce lactic acid in the body? any advice would be much appreciated.
 
Im gonna be trying True Nutrition's "MG's powdered muscle" as my intra workout drink , gonna get a little pepto pro to add with it (it has 5g). Should make for a perfect storm with a little insulin , my only concern is the pumps getting to bad to effectivly finsh

Milk protein has proven to be the best for acute and prolonged stimulus of PWO protein synthesis. The whey content stimulates synthesis and the casein content prolongs it and thus inhibits breakdown.

usually just some BCAA and then go home and have my biggest meal of the day.

Eat real food. not all this processed powdered fake shit.
