i know its a odd question but the other night i hate 1 pound of grassfeed beef and i woke up with a erection like i was a teenage boy.does anyone have any idea why i thought maybe zinc.............also note am 45 and on no supplments

On what I have read about red meat I'm sorry to say it probably was not caused by the red meat u ate. There is a lot of interesting reading on red meat, processed by huge commercial slaughter houses, compared to free range animals. Good luck.
