Ruff looked great. John posted videos with him posing at Johns house with Fuad Abiad in the background continuely saying "what the fuck?" Or something to that degree.

I didn't know he was redcon either. They also didnt use diuretics, imagine if he did. Assuming his money is right, I woulda stayed with JM too

Well, Ruff is NOT a RedCon1 athlete... so it‘s not him. He‘s sponsored by Steel supps, I think that was founded by Jason Huh iirc. Anyways, no idea why Aaron still seems to hold a grudge over JM. Having JM „on board“ or being on good terms with him can only be positive for your business imo.

There's been some speculation about if he had used duiertic what would he have looked like. Maybe they wanted to know what the outcome would be without it.
