Reddit is complete trash, unless you are in certain groups for entertainment purposes only. R/steroids is a fucking joke. Most people on there don’t know jack about shit. There is good information in the “Wiki” and that’s about it. Not only that but most people in just about any group are soft ass hypersensitive bitches. You’ll get banned for even a joke.

On Meso they everyone is just a trash talking tough guy. No respect and not enough legitimate discussion or good information. Feels like high school. I remember once I suggested the benefits of micro dosing and everyone lost their minds and acted like I was an idiot.

Meso is for guys who hear "dialed in" and think their estrogen level not diet. Many members workout consists of filling their pill box with prescription meds not lifting barbells.

I haven’t noticed the trash talking on meso, but it seems like no one has any idea what the fuck they’re talking about.


Reddit is terrible with “read the wiki” or they just parrot shit someone else said. The compound experience threads are a fucking joke acting like 20mg of var transformed their physique, added 60 lbs to their bench all while never posting a pic.

I do see reddit come up in some of my searches. And everytime I click on a link, I regret it. I'm usually dumber for having read it (reddit?). At least it's a good place to go to find out what not to do, right? And I know it's not a popular opinion but I wouldn't expect the average family medicine MD or general practice MD to know the minutia of AAS use but I have met some endocrinologists that would run circles around me for sure.

We used to have a guy at a gym I went to that was close to levrone who was pushing some kind of pellets you implant. Haven't heard about then I guess it didn't take off lol

I wonder if it was the same thing as the craze Bio-Identical Pellet Therapy - Pellet Therapy System For Men and women. It's those pellets they're implanting in people's asses that are supposed to last for a few months before they have to implant another one. They sell it as a more bioavailable testosterone replacement therapy over the traditional TRT that we all know about. Me personally, I have no interest in it, I think it's more of a gimmick for what they charge. But people seem to like it because they don't have to pin anything, just go to the doc every few months and have another one implanted into their ass.

I good friend had a girlfriend doing the pellet thing and she was raving about it. So I looked into it to see what it was all about. Yeah, I wasn't impressed with it. The dose slowly tapers off so a couple of months out from your next implant the dose has reached its half-life. To me very ineffective delivery system.

It's rather expensive for the points you make @qbkilla, and the return is marginal for the investment. This business venture is actually doing alright around here, but it's mainly people looking for overall wellbeing and want to put their health into someone else's hands. It's attracting primarily women with some men thrown in. I don't want anything to do with it, I'll keep my welfare in my own hands, which includes doing my own bloodwork and reading it myself.

I got an old battered copy of the original hardcore bodybuilding by bob kennedy and devoured every snippet in it. I always remember reading about Roy Callendar who would train 6hrs per day iirc.

I also got a photocopy of Dan duchaine underground steroid handbook but had to hide it from my parents as I was around 17 at the time

Duchaine is our Einstein with a lot of addictions lol he and his “research” are why bodybuilders are where they are today he was the driving force that created “hardcore bodybuilding” (for better or worse) I had a photocopied version myself and between that and Bills Anabolics 2000 (my first) I was off to the races. I got the Arnold Enclyopedia but it just never held my interest. Dan D. So unappreciated so few these days even know his name but he cracked the code on stuff like DMSO use, GHB, Insulin etc. all the fringe stuff now that guys like Milos are credited for Dan had down in the 80s when most of us were in elementary school or not even born.

It was Duchaine's articles on Mexican drugs, that inspired me to start smuggling for my own use.
My first bottle of test I bought at the gym, I bought for $20/ml... 10ml bottle of brovel test. So $200.
I was like damn that.. So feeling pumped and brave after reading those MM2K articles I made
a trip to Ensenada.. Transferred all my oils into identifiable, alcohol washed, baby juice bottles, and headed back into
the US.
Been using gear since.
Early 2000s is when the party really started, as UGLs and RAWs became more prominent.
As did my physique. My career. The confidence. The women.. early 2000s was a phenomenal time.

I would not recommend it for advanced bodybuilding however, and that includes AAS.

A lot of basement dwellers there who think reading a wiki or faq imbues them with actual knowledge and experience.

Yea Dan really is the father of modern high level bodybuilding guys like Milos are good uncles but without Dan there is no Milos, Chad, Haney etc.
