Redness/swelling..should I go to the doc?

Hey guys so I pinned 300mg prop into my left quad and after the first day my leg was extremely red and swollen Im limping around everywhere. Three days and the swelling has not gone down. No sign of fever. I don't really feel any lump of oil at the injection site its just swollen, slightly red, and has gone down to my knee a bit.

the thing is I pinned my glute with the same prop a couple days earlier and it was extremely painful for about 5 days but seemed to go away on its own. So the Last thing I want to do is go to the doc tomorrow and get on antibiotics for nothing.

If I did hit a nerve, Would it cause this kind of swelling and redness?

Keep an eye on it.
I would ice it, then heat it then ice it again.
Drink plenty of water.
If it does get worse you will need to seek medical attention- my buddy just had a bad one and it went away on its own, but I think pinning your leg needs to be discontinued.

I know one of the symptoms of celluilitus is a fever among initial infection and a general unwell feeling but I do usually feel overheated and like shit on tren until I stop pinning it for a few days. And I haven't pinned any since Monday night.
Im trying to determine if it was good old tren night sweats monday night or was it was a legit fever. . No fever as of now but again i haven't pinned any ace in days.. but the swelling is down to my knee cap. I felt like I hit a nerve on the way in.

Like others have said, keep an eye on it. It's not unusual for Prop to hurt and cause inflammation, especially 300mg in one spot...I couldn't do that much in one spot just for that reason.

Is it pitting? If you have a pitting edema you should definitely go get some antibiotics.

All the advice given so far seems good to me. Usually takes a few days before it starts feeling better. As mentioned earlier, keep an eye on it and babysit it for a few more days and you should be fine. Prop can be fun sometimes....not

I have the same problem with prop. Last injection into bicep swelled up for a week. I was scarred. But no edema I know that.

Multidose vial? If withdrawing w/ 18 gauge some rubber may be loose in vial from large bore. Body responding to foreign body(rubber) that might have been injected.

Ice, Push on it and massage it. If you start to see red lines get to the doc. Even if it is infection, your body can fight it off. Its when it increasingly getting worse is when you need medical assistance. Pain, swelling and even warmth are common.
