this is what worked for me in the past.
First it depends on your weight. muscle mass and metabolism.
if you're at 250 C, I would double it and do 500 for one day. Low fat as possible.
Last show I refeeded twice a week with 500g of carbs. my metabolism was on fire and still got stage ready.
2 things that sucks about it, you can't track your progress due to holding water and can't keep track of weight. moral of story; I wouldn't do that again, but if you're just want to lose weight and you don't have a set date to get inshape; go for it
you're metabolism was on fire more than likely? I find when I lose body fat my metabolism is better and going by my bloodwork my thyroid hormones all improve quite drastically when im leaner.
No you don't. You refeed, you increase your metabolism, sex drive, testosterone, mood.. ect.
refeed and cheat meals are different.
Dorian said it best. I believe it was during his later preps after he learned his body best, when of course he was really lean or ripped. He would do it on a weekend , he said in an interview, he eat all these cereals and stuff he craved one day only, then he feels like a fat bastard and feel guilty lol then go at it on the diet

Agreed. Same with shoes and whey. I get all my protien from bison flank I killed myself.
