Pull back food a bit and raise back slowly is my advice
Increase cardio ( walking )
Too fast increase in food is hell on your system.
Personally i used Stan Efferdings system "diet" and that helped alot, the 10mins walks between meals, using sauerkraut with meals, fresh pineapple with meals.
Drinkin the Greek/skyr Youghurt with Orange Juice.
Also with sleep if you dont have a cpap i would look into it, lying down with a full stomach pushes against your lungs etc and inhibits breathing, couple that with a large amount of muscle mass and a thick neck and yeah..
