hey guys i recently just has stem cell done to 2 discs in my back.the company has a supplement they recommend but is there any certain in particular supplement that helps rebuild cartilage better then another

The only supplement I know of that has scientific data showing regeneration of cartilage is Hydrolyzed Collagen Type 2... it was used for that purpose upto 10g a day with no negative side effects shown... It's pretty exspensive but i have a boatload left over from the lean beef amino production that i won't be needing anymore... if u or anyone else on here wants some, message me and I'll hook you up with some better pricing than u will find anywhere else

Also, what is your opinion on the stem cell procedure? I have a friend that goes to Mexico once a month now but it's like 7g per treatment

@pit Dave palumbo recently did a stem cell treatment on his shoulder. He posted it on YouTube. I think his procedure cost only $2.5k

yes he did not sure if he did stem cell or prp.my procedure they drew blood from the hip bone and my own stem cells were injected intradiscal.very painful so im trying to make sure i got the healing process covered best i can

adequan or ichon are supposed to repair damaged cartilage. The tough thing about cartilage is there is no blood flow. Introduction of nutrients and removal of waste product is all intracellular, so its a very slow process. Hopefully some of the stem cells will change into Chondrocytes and speed up the process.
