Regular MGF

I have a bunch of regular MGF that I never used. Is this stuff just useless? How would you recommend using it or should I just toss it?

If I were you I would use it immediately post workout since that is when your body releases MGF anyway. So the more MGF you can get after an intense workout the better. Are you running any other peptides like igf?
