This is going to sound weird, but in my opinion there is no reason to quit adding sugar to the food.
I read some researchments, and people who changes sugar for stevia or sacarine, they still gain more fat. I think the wisest thing is using less sugar everytime. If you add it to your coffee, instead or 3 tea spoongs, add 2, then 1 and finally 1/2 or even no sweeteners.
For cooking you can using honey, and good and raw one. You can find some in Iherb that are great.
