I’m not fishing for a source or anything.

A buddy recently asked me about the legality of research chemicals. I told him it really didn’t matter because he’s already ordering from several different board sponsors.

But now I’m curious and my googling can’t find a solid answer.

Where does US law land on these?

Im curious as well because I had heard (and read) a while back that they were cracking down on SARMS and peptides. Its definitely harder to find research labs than it used to be.

I’m no lawyer but my chems pack came the other day and the way it was it had been raining and the package tore open and they were somewhat visible and I look like what I am and they didn’t care nor did I. I know we and our friends in our peptide only site pull stuff that gets scheduled though we have good peps on our regular site as well.

Technically it’s legal to purchase for research purposes such as lab tests, animal testing, etc. Which is why most products state that they’re not for human consumption. But I imagine you must have some sort of business, lab, etc. with proper credentials to legally purchase them. Now if you’re ordering LARGE amounts (reselling as an individual ) then LE might take a closer look at what you’re doing. So be careful when procuring these products.

Agreed and the easiest way to get caught imo isn’t your methods or actions but rather how you handle money, especially if you have a good flow of it. Money is the biggest issue of every successful business in so much as if you don’t play by the rules and pay taxes or go completely crypto you’ll get burned. Fuck look at Barry Bonds and his trainer, all that shit started with an IRS agent.

They’re cracking down on the people who sell the Sarms. Guys like Tony huge. But having them shipped to you is perfectly legal

The FDA law enforcement division has been raiding research companies for years now. It's still legal as long as they are not for human consumption but that hasn't worked for years. I personally know several research companies raided by the FDA and closed down pending charges.

Yea a lot of these dumbasses have dosing instructions on their sites which is like seriously how stupid can you be.
