lot of his approach resembled what Paul Borreson preaches, exteremely high dose but short duration.

If my memory is correct and it was the truth at the time...at his birthday dinner in 2010 he was 53. That would have made him 59.

I saw Laina's post this morning when I got out of bed. Although I have not spoken with him in several years it left me with a very very heavy heart. He was my first coach and a mentor to me right after I won my first show some 13 years ago. I'll never forget sitting at the dinner table with him and Milos and talking bodybuilding. Man those were the days. Godspeed Coach. You'll be missed by many!!!

I read his articles on bodybuilding.com Hes the guy that worked with Tony freeman, and really made drastic improvements with Tony

I read his Book Chemical Muscle Enhancement in 2004. He has some theories like the incline dumb-bell curl caused more pgf2a to be released or something if I remember right

This is really sad. I learned so much from this guy. I know he had kidney failure, does anyone know the cause of his kidney disease? Seems he knew a lot of what he was doing so destroying his kidneys doesn't seem like something he would have done. I wonder was it heritatary?
Sad...just pure sad...and scary
