Standing I do everything in an 8-12 range if I count but I usually chase a pump/burn what most woukd call failure though it’s not always to failure just the point where I feel every fiber engorged and on fire. I will some times end them with stopping at the top and extending the barbell out and back around 10 times whatever good form permitsDo you do them standing almost like an upright row or bent over? What rep range do you like?
