One hour before took 300mg carbed right and had no caffiene. Hyperventilated about 10 minutes and wasnt bad. But let me tell you after pump up went over to matt so the guys helping was gonna put hot stuff on me and they said Damn you have some freaky veins already going on!! I did I looked like a road map! I love that stuff!! But BigA told me 300mg also synthetek told me 300mgs for my weight at 154 but, next time I'm taking full dose because i dont know if i got maximium effects.......I believe i could have taken more. But being my first time I think BigA is looking out for me because I did tell him I was a little worried about passing out! Thanks Synthetek for this product it will be used in all my competitons!!

most definately

one of the best products out there! This one in itself has had great reviews....everyone I know that has used it has used it with great success! One of my friends whom i was with when he used this looked like a black widow weaved a web all over his body. Crazy veins....
