Reta and dnp synergy? Anyone try it? I’m doing a 15 day experiment with it.

Just curious if anyone has tried Retatrutide and dnp together? If so have you noticed any synergy?

Today I started a 15 day cycle of dnp at 250mg a day. (I have lots of previous experience with dnp, I’m just curious how it works with Reta and haven’t seen any real info on anyone trying it)

I am a first time Reta user and have been on retatrutide for 7 days now at 1mg every 4 days. Ive lost 9.2 lbs in those 7 days on Reta alone, it’s all just water weight/glycogen but I was very surprised. I feel deflated and Reta has done what a 36-48 hour fast does to me without doing the fast. I have noticed I seem to be sweating more and easier on the Reta already.

I’m eating 70g fat, 50g carbs or less on non training days and 150g on training days (around workout) and 200g protein. No AAS or GH. I’m taking 10g creatine, 30g bcaa, 20g eaa and 9g hmb a day. I will do a 36-48 hour fast each weekend (non training days)
And see what happens.

My goal is just to see how they work together and what kind of weight loss/fat loss is possible in the 15 days. I can slightly see my abs currently if I lift my arms above my head and flex, likely around 16-18% bf if I had to guess but without a dexa scan it’s hard to be certain. If this goes good I will do a dexa scan before and after next time and go for longer.
 
I don’t see the need for both. DNP is strong as shit and anything more would risk eating muscle unless you are obese which you aren’t. Patience.
 
Mitochondrial uncoupler paired with a gastric slowing agent? I think you're looking at severe dehydration and electrolyte potential, at best.
I don't know it all but you may be digging a hole that's very hard to climb out of. Proceed with extreme caution...and recklessness
 
It would make more sense to alternate the two...2 weeks on dnp, 1 month on reta, repeat
 
I’m usually conservative in my approach and suggestions; but one could argue that GLP’s and DNP go together like peanut butter and jelly.

In a perfect world, on paper:

Low dose on both = DNP magic without food noise or cravings FTW!

***The other posts above make sense so be careful about proper macro and micro nutrition, not the least of which are electrolytes.

Hows the diet, cardio, supplements and peds and everything looking?
 
Are your goals bodybuilding or just being skinny? I ask as with that little food, the fasting and no anabolics you will lose muscle
 
I think that there are better glp1s for shutting down appetite which is key on dnp. i can’t imagine training being enjoyable or all that productive by now. i can imagine this being worthwhile to kick start prep if someone is behind schedule. wouldn’t hesitate to use with something like tesofensine or some kind of psychoactive to make the most of it.

kinda retarded to be crash dieting without any hormones but whatever
 
I just stumbled on this and have been doing this just for a few days. Low doses of both. complementary in principle, so we'll see how it goes. AAS are preserving tissue for me.

nothing bad. Reta at 0.7mg EOD and SLU at 1mg pre morning cardio and again pwo. I added in low dose DNP (200mg EOD), and it's been great. Methylene blue and glutathione for antioxidants. Also plenty of L-carnitine and acetyl L-carnitine. my diet is very clean already, so just reducing calories slightly (200-300 per day reduction). I also hop in the sauna after cardio (not necessarily for fat burning), but sides are very minimal. Just some extra body heat and sweating.

fat loss has been great. Results to sides ratio for this "stack" has been amazing. Once done with DNP and after letting it clear a few days, I'll add back in mots-c and a run of lower dose clen too. It's just all complementary compounds at lower doses vs someone blitzing with higher doses of compounds and feeling miserable.
 
I'm glad to hear it's going well. It seems like a measured approach to me.

It's funny how many DNP logs I've read over the years never have a resolution, so I'm glad this is working for you.
