Just curious if anyone has tried Retatrutide and dnp together? If so have you noticed any synergy?
Today I started a 15 day cycle of dnp at 250mg a day. (I have lots of previous experience with dnp, I’m just curious how it works with Reta and haven’t seen any real info on anyone trying it)
I am a first time Reta user and have been on retatrutide for 7 days now at 1mg every 4 days. Ive lost 9.2 lbs in those 7 days on Reta alone, it’s all just water weight/glycogen but I was very surprised. I feel deflated and Reta has done what a 36-48 hour fast does to me without doing the fast. I have noticed I seem to be sweating more and easier on the Reta already.
I’m eating 70g fat, 50g carbs or less on non training days and 150g on training days (around workout) and 200g protein. No AAS or GH. I’m taking 10g creatine, 30g bcaa, 20g eaa and 9g hmb a day. I will do a 36-48 hour fast each weekend (non training days)
And see what happens.
My goal is just to see how they work together and what kind of weight loss/fat loss is possible in the 15 days. I can slightly see my abs currently if I lift my arms above my head and flex, likely around 16-18% bf if I had to guess but without a dexa scan it’s hard to be certain. If this goes good I will do a dexa scan before and after next time and go for longer.
