Returning to bodybuilding

Hello promuscle,

I am an army vet who took 2 years off to work on my mind (ptsd/head injuries) and now I feel it is time to get back to my old state. I am 31 years old, 6'1'', 225lbs at 12.8%. I intend to surpass my old physique of 238 at 9%. I am a dietitian student with a minor in kinesiology. I was a paramedic for 7 years. I joined the forum for added support and a sense of accountability. I will be logging my coming cycles, have not cycled in over 2 years, and hope I can be a contributing member to the forum. I plan to start cycle in the next few weeks as soon as I cipher through the sources and pick one. Thank you for welcoming me to the community.

why don`t just try 1 year with out any cycle first?

Welcome to the site buddy. I'm with emeric. Try first for atleast 9 months before you jump into a cycle. You will get better development if you do that. Keep a log so we can follow your progress
