Did anyone see this for a reverse hyper machine. Wonder how much weight that thing holds.

Don't have the money or room to spend on one. Going to make one to use in the power rack. I have the design directions to do it. I belive there are some places with parts premade for the power rack now also ,which runs about $200.

I just thought the ad was funny.

I have them printed out from a few years back. I forget where theycame form, but it was somewhere on the net.

I got fooled into getting a 6 second Abs machine once. Droped like 70 dollers on it and then seen it for 20 the next week. And no it didn't work. But maybe it was because I didn't realize that I needed to loose weight to get a six pack. At the end though lesson learned.

I have a pro model reverse hyper from Westside. It is a very useful machine, but especially useful for powerlifters or strength athletes. I know of no other piece of exercise equipment that can strengthen the low back/posterier chain while decompressing the spine at the same time.

I was going to maybe get PDA reverse hyper attachments for Powerack. I have a few things form them. Don't have the money or space for a separate machine.

Louies hyper

Louie now has a cheaper home version around 800.00
I have a seated leg curl by hammer strength that I use it doesnt work quite as well but enough that I no loonger have back pain. Get in face backwards and have pads on front thigh, lie forward and pull knees toward chest. Ya ass is going to be all up in the air but who cares you get a good stretch. I plan to make one but just have'nt had time.
