Has anyone on here had this procedure done themselves and actually returned to lifting weights somewhat normally after recovery with enough weight to even matter? Im
Not interested in stories of other guys they have seen it in the gym or know of a guy. I need it straight from the mouths of those who have actually done it. I cannot find one video or even a story of anyone that has had returned to weight training after reverse replacement. Iv seen videos of doctors saying that their patients can lift 25 lbs and can train but have yet to find actual proof that it’s been done. Thanks
