Review/Feedback my Paleo diet.

I'm currently cutting on 2,500 calories and I've never tried going completely without diary and grains so I researched a bit and attempted to make my paleo diet.

I was wondering if I'm missing anything or anything is wrong before I do my grocery shopping.

Meal 1 (PostCardio) - 4 omega-3 eggs, 2 cups of Egg Whites
546kcal - 80p/6c/21f

Meal 2 (PreWo) - 9oz chicken breast, 1 cup spinach, 2 tbsp MCT-oil
544kcal - 60p/1c/33f

Meal 3 (PostWo) - 14oz cod, 3 cups of brocolli
409kcal - 76p/22c/0f

Meal 4 - 10oz cod, 1.5 cups of spinach
267kcal - 56p/1c/4f

Meal 5 - 10oz cod, 1.5 cups of spinach
267kcal - 56p/1c/4f

Meal 6 (PreBed) - 7oz steak, 3oz Brocolli, 0.5cup Walnuts
514kcal - 57p/6c/30f

2,550kcal - 387p/37c/95f (30g Fiber)

I like the high fat aspect of the paleo diet. I feel better on a high fat diet, and mentally sharper, and a lot more motivated. However, I still need carbs to refuel after a workout and after waking up. I can't feel "empty". I'd be so weak and wouldn't gain any muscle..at least I don't think I would anyway.

WOW. You gotta add some carbs bro. Sweet potatoes
 
I might get some shit from this but i really don't care. Look into the Carb Night Solution by DH Keifer. Combine that with what you have above and its spot on. Basically in a nut shell, you eat some carbs post workout (Working out in the evening) and thats the only time you eat carbs. I really like the paleo diet combined with his Carb Night SOlution methods.

A paleo diet is low carb.

You need more Fat in your diet.

Dark meat, Chicken thighs,Whole eggs(Forget eggwhites),Fatty organ meats,Fatty Organic beef,salmon.

Organic Coconut oil.

Eat the Fat Not Carbs.


If your just eating protein without Fat your going to run into problems.You need Fat if you remove carbs from the diet.

In today society Carbs are cheaper,People eat Excess Carbs, one of the trend why people are overweight(Fat) is excess carbs.

If you Eat Quality Organic Fatty Protein and low carbs, it promote healthy metabolism.

Fat Metabolism is better than Glucose metabolism.
 
that amount of fat for those calories is about right.

Carbs are fine, would definitely recommend more fat. Big Matt listed some great sources.
