Been a few months in the making with plan, hours and hours of research on forums/videos. I've already ordered everything and I'm committed. I just wanted some feedback from other's experience.
Age: 26 years old
Height: 5'8
Weight: 175lb
Bodyfat: about 20%
2020-2023: Peak fit, gym 5-6x/week, diet macros locked in (early 20s) --- [2plate bench rep, 3plate squat rep, 4plate deadlift reps]
2024-2025: absent from gym due to overall life problems, no energy, diet
Dec 2025: back in the gym 4x/week + cut calories/healing my gut. getting back into the motion
This would be my first cycle with anabolic steroids, and YES I'm aware of:
1) I could get back naturally through hard work/diet. (I've tried and I just have no energy/fatigue no matter what I've tried since I turned 25)
2) Starting with less = best ; I know vets say now to just start with 250mg, and stick to 1 compound to see how you react.
3) pre, mid, post cycle + post pct blood work
But most likely I plan to hop on TRT after this first cycle through my doc, so I'm kinda using this as a back to life kickstarter.
Advice/comments/concerns on: the length of cycle, anavar timing (or drop), diet.

Nolvadex: 40mg(Weeks 1-2) then 20mg(Weeks 3-4).
Clomid: 50mg(Weeks 1-2) then 25mg(Weeks 3-4).

1-6 PPL SPLIT (6 on, 1 off)
7-12 Arnold split

fish oil, nac, tuda, taurine, magnesium, coq10, creatine,

- Moderate (2,200 Cal): 1.1x Protein (195g) | 1.2x Carb (215g) | ~60g Fat.
- Low (2,000 Cal): 1.1x Protein (195g) | 0.7x Carb (125g) | ~80g Fat.
