rGH timing with Slin

Hey guys, pls advise:
I train early AM. I would like your input as to when to take my SLIN and GH.
I am planning on taking my Slin straight after workout with my p/w shake, but have found conflicting advise on the timing of the rGH.
Do i take it with the Slin or wait 1hr??? Any other methods?

i am currently taking mine 10 minutes im to give igf production a chance to be in full swing. supposedly that is a time that your bodys' insulin sensativity is increased.
 
From what i've heard, its best to take all your Gh intramuscular pwo and wait 20-30min, then take your slin and immediately have your carb/protein shake. I heard you should never mix the 2 or take them within 20-30min of each other.
 
When you find the holy grail LMK

Growth first thing in the morning with T3 30mins later slin then breakfast.

I've heard the same thing but can't find anything that supports taking them apart. The theory is that the time between allows the GH to convert to IGF but do we really know how long this process takes? Not to mention slin has an onset time, 15 mins for Humalog if used subq. So there's 15 mins right there if they are taken at the same time.

A point of interest is that a lot of the UK BBers are taking them in the same shot and report the same results as those who separate them.
 
OK, thanx for your input - seems like there is still no real concensus on this matter. From what I can put together, bearing in mind that I am training at 05h30 in the morning is to do the following:
06h45 - P/W shake (50g Whey & 75-100g Carbs)
06h45 - Insulin 7-10iu (Humalog for better control)
07h00 - GH 4iu (maybe 07h15 or 07h30????????)
07h45 - Another meal (50g oatmeal with 50g whey)

PS: I will be using with a moderate stack of Test, D-Bol & Deca
I currently weigh in at 89kg (196lbs) at 10% BF. Currently compete as a middle weight and want to up my catagory to a Light Heavy Weight.

Any further advise would be appreciated by you guys.
