rh igf 1, not lr3

I just saw Phil is carrying rh igf 1. I heard stuff actually does cause hyperplasia but requires frequent injections. Does any one have any info on it? Dosage, timing, results, sides, etc?

I'm not 100% sure on this one but I would say 20 to 40mcg 2 or 3 times day with that. I would go first thing in morning, pre wo, and a couple hours pwo. I think DES igf is a much better choice. It is also a quicker form and said to be a lot stronger than the others. I use lr3 all the time and I'm starting DES soon. All of them should be good or you could use them all in combination. Sorry can't help any more than that. I have heard of people using 80 to 100mcg of the rh igf each inject.
