Rice flour

Oats don’t agree with me at all.
Are you soaking them for 24 hours? That's actually a mandatory, not optional, step that was disregarded in the Western world because of how fast-paced it is. Everything is instant here. Someone once told me they went to the UK and stayed in a hotel. If you wanted oatmeal for breakfast, you had to notify the kitchen the night before so they could soak the oats.

It's the phytic acid that bothers most people, including myself. Soaking them completely got rid of the issue. I grind my oats into dust in a coffee grinder, put them in tupperware, add water and soak for 24 hours, and then blend with a banana to make an oat shake. A banana is the only thing that prevents oats from sinking to the bottom. It keeps them suspended and the result is thick hearty shake.

No never tried soaking them before.
I’m from the uk and haven’t heard of anyone I know do it either.

I will give it a try though for sure! Cheers for that

He's correct, soak your oats. Also for maximum digestibility cook oats gradually from room temperature rather than waiting for water to boil.

Does anyone else on here drink rice flour?
It makes up the majority of my carb intake. I will eat my protein source then drink my rice flour to get my carbs in.
I wouldn’t be able to eat the amount I do otherwise due to low appetite and work schedule. So it allows me to hit my macros consistently.
I haven’t came across anyone in my gym who does it and wondered if anyone else is.
Cream of rice does the job.. but will try drinking some time... Seems interesting

Try it you won’t look back!
If you’re concerned about bacteria, you can always heat treat the rice flour in the microwave. 30 seconds for a cup and stir make sure it’s above 165degrees
