the story i was told was that he went unconscience at the party and fell into the pool.. they had a hard time getting to him and getting him out of pool for a time.. couldnt bring him back

Today is one of the saddest day of my life.

I am grieving the lost of one of the closest friends I ever had. Art Atwood was a true brother, I have known him from his very start in the bodybuilding business and went through a lot of ups and downs with him, and through it all he was one of the kindest, helping, giving men I have ever been around. We have lost a great friend, brother, mentor. I really feel numbed and shocked, I will miss you for the rest of my life brother. May the Good Lord receive you with his open arms as you deserve, and may he give all your loved ones the strength to accept and deal with this monumental loss. Wow! After getting pinched and caught up in the whole David Jacobs debacle, then he's outed as an informant, then this happens. Hmm....

RIP Art. Great guy and friend. Just ran into him and talked with him a few weeks ago...his store is doing well and Professional Supplements was really doing well also. Very tragic loss.

There was nothing dark following him around , he was way passed that situation, he faced it like the man he was, paid his debt to society and moved on. He was doing great, and that informant situation was a load of crap, he never turned on anybody, all lies. Blessings , Minister.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Minister. Losing a good friend is terrible. You knew him and what he was, I'm sure he found solace in your friendship as much as you did in his.
